Autism & Advocacy Conference: Update

My husband Jim Fisher is putting the finishing touches on the program for the October 27th Autism and Advocacy Conference to be held on October 27th, Friday, at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus in New York City. The conference is free and open to the public; lunch will be provided. The lunchtime speaker will be Dr. Stuart Murray of the School of English, University of Leeds, whose contemporary cultural history of autism, Representing Autism: Culture, Narrative, Fascination, will be published by Liverpool University Press. Dr. Murray will be speaking on Autism and Hollywood.
I will be posting the full schedule for the conference soon.

Kristina,
I’ve been trying to figure out a way to be in NYC on the 27th, it just doesn’t look like it is going to happen.
Good luck to you and Jim on a successful conference.
