Autism Vox

Dance and Sing

by Kristina Chew, PhD on September 14th, 2007

Dance about autism: Actor Taye Diggs and his co-choreographer Andrew Palermo have created “beyond.words,” which “was inspired by the idiosyncratic gestures often made by those with autism,” as noted in Kansas.com. (Estée has a link, too, to videos by the Autistic Pride Dancers.)

Sing about autism: Is Autism: The Musical coming to a theater near you?

As for us, there’s always something to swim about!

Oh, man… We don’t have a link to a video of Taye Diggs dancing? He’s HOT! Okay, let me breathe and go back to normal and cool mode… I was curious to see what beyond.words looks like, it must be beautiful.
